Do I need prior knowledge? 

While some background knowledge is helpful, no experience is needed as long as you are dedicated and eager to learn. Jennifer has found in previous teaching experiences that anytime someone asks a personal question, it is helpful to other participants too.

What does the schedule look like?

This program is built around you and your schedule. It's designed as a customizable program so that it can be tailored to fit into even the busiest of schedules. Jennifer will work with all participants to find the best times that work for office hours, group meetings, and personal sessions. Can I do this from any country?

Yes, this program is suited to people from all over the world. As our economy is globalized, so is our tech! The knowledge you will gain in this course can be applied globally across any business. What kind of support do you provide?

Jennifer will provide you with unlimited email support. In addition you will receive 6+ private sessions each month by phone or video/screen share. In between live meetings, you can engage with fellow participants and speak directly to everyone via our digital chat space. This also allows you to share personal findings, or if you’d prefer more privacy, email Jennifer directly.

Will I get to know the other people enrolled in the bootcamp?

Yes, and on a close basis, as a large part of the program involves group meetings and discussions. In addition, the cohort-based approach helps foster a developmental “esprit de corps” as new and existing leaders share their goals and invite others into supporting their progress. In our group sessions we will all meet together and learn a new module from Jennifer or a guest speaker, and utilize the end of the sessions to ask questions and learn from each other.

What is the goal of the private session?

To get answers, perspective, and advice that you can put into practice immediately. Your schedule will be filled with many opportunities for private sessions with Jennifer. These are designed to resolve your needs and questions. Accountability provides a structure of support. Left to our own devices, we may start out with the best intentions and then hit a snag or face a delay. Jennifer can help you through inevitable roadblocks so that you can accomplish more in a remarkably short period of time.

What will be included in the private sessions?

An in-depth, one-on-one process between you and Jennifer consisting of highly personalized consultation around your specific business needs. They will take place either by phone or video conference. Optimal technology goals will be set for your business, a co-collaboration that builds momentum and yields results.

How long is a private session?

Private sessions take about 50 minutes. However, they can run longer! If we are in the middle of something important, let’s take the time to complete the session in full.

What if something comes up last minute and I need to change the time of a private session?

If you need to reschedule a session, you may request a change (generously) up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting. To keep on pace—and to set a tone of accountability—let’s make sure we have the meeting within three days of the shifted time.

What if I can’t make it to a group meeting?

The live group learning sessions are approximately every other week throughout the 12-week course. All live meetings will be recorded. However, it is recommended that you attend as these will be good opportunities for group discussions and ideation.

I would love to add an in-person component to this! Is that possible?

Yes! Message Jennifer to request in-person sessions anywhere in the world, at a premium, on a case-by-case basis.

Will I have to do homework? 

This isn’t about presentations, worksheets, or video content to watch later. This isn’t about homework! This is about moving you and your business forward with applicable results. You are welcome to take part in private consultations, join group sessions, re-watch the group session recordings, join office hours, be in close email communication with Jennifer, actively communicate with the group, and so much more! You decide your level of participation. The more you put in, the more you get out.

Can I hire Jennifer for a short-term or special project instead?

One-on-one work is possible with Jennifer, however the bootcamp structure is a good place to start followed by private sessions as needed.
