First Week
the first week is a very important time
During this week, you will get private support not once or twice - but three times ($500 value) and you will have unlimited email support (throughout the whole time) with Jennifer and it is highly suggested that you start taking advantage of her undivided attention from week one.
First Month
the what do I want & what more do I need to know to know what I want phase:
The beginning involves a lot of handholding as we will hone in on what you have going on and why and what you like and dislike and why. You will receive a one-of-a-kind ($3k value) blueprint of your business’ tech which allows you to see how technology impacts & improves your business. We will answer: How do all the elements of technology interrelate with each other? Does your tech connect - and to what extent - and to what end? Seeing a top down view to reveal underlying interrelationships & structure of your business. Understand how your business’ tech structure creates observable outcomes. At the same time, you'll be immersed in modules of learning concepts and strategies considered best practices in the tech industry so that we can get a peak into why tech works the way that it does, what goes on in the mind of those techies building your tech, and what strong tech looks like.
Fifth Week
we enter the what do we really want & what do we need to put in place to do that phase
Kicking off the second month you’ll see how ready you feel to get more technical. Now that we have spent the previous month describing and diagnosing the current state your tech & feeding you tech knowledge, you can start to properly envision the solutions and identify opportunities for your business. You’ve just spent a month ($8k value) intensively thinking like a techie with Jennifer. Thinking more like a techie is a thing, and being able to see that start to happen as a business owner is priceless! What does your new techie frame of mind let you see in your business? So think not just fundamental concepts - but building on that and learning those tech ideas that pertain to YOU. Building on multiple workshops, delving deeper in private sessions and so much more, you will be supported and advancing!
Seventh Week
we enter the beautiful build it phase!
This is a very exciting time! This is where you see that plan going into action ($10k value)! and it’s just over half way through the program. After all those weeks of design and laying the groundwork - this is the exciting time where it is all getting to be there.
Tenth Week
we enter the lets learn how to use what we built phase
Trainings on how to use what we’ve built ($4k value).
Final Week
we close our time and count our successes (find the sweetness in what is next to come)
Let’s make sure all loose ends are wrapped up- and hey, what is next to come… The last week is all about performance. We will hone in on what you learned, how your business has improved, and what skills you have acquired that make for a better business!
